Themed parties for 8 children. It could be a birthday, holiday party or any party you have planned. Includes items from "Children's Party Kit" below. Locating and hiring venue and entertainment if needed, set up and take down of party.

Adult Themed Party Planning Package:

Themed parties for 16 people designed to take the stress out of party planning. Showers, bachelor or bachelorette, gift openings, Anniversaries, New Years, Christmas. Any excuse to have some fun and eliminate some stress. Includes Adult Party Kit (below), cake, setting up and take down of party. We will also locate venue and entertainment if wanted.

DIY Party Kits – Kits are designed for 8 children or 16 adults

Children’s Party Kit contains:

Decoration and tableware (8 Paper dinner plates, 8 paper dessert plates, 8 paper cups, 16 napkins, colour coordinated plastic spoons, forks, knives, 1 plastic table cover, 2 packs streamers, 20 balloons, theme banner, candles), ribbon for balloons and cone hats (or theme related hats). All items related to the colour and theme of your child’s party.

Loot bags pertaining to the theme of your child's party. Loot bags will contain quality items such as stickers, pencils, notebooks, small toys, candy related to the theme of child’s party. Filled Piñata or a make and take craft item may be substituted for loot bags if wanted.

DIY Children's Party Kit: $100.00

Adult’s Party Kit contains:

Decoration and Tableware (16 paper plates, 16 paper dessert plates, 16 paper cups, 16 styro coffee cups, 32 napkins, plastic spoons, forks and knives, 2 plastic tablecovers, 2 packs streamers, 20 balloons, theme banner, candles, ribbon. This package also contains coffee cups. It may also contain different decoration items depending on the theme. Idea booklet filled with great food, game, decorating ideas pertaining to the theme of party.

Adult DIY Party Kits: $250.00

For each extra person, there is 10.00 charge on both party kits.

Do It Yourself Coordination Package

You may want to plan and run your event by yourself. Perhaps you just need some initial help to get you started. I will answer any questions you may have or give you some tips to planning your successful event. I also have some essential checklists so you don’t forget minor details. This is so easy to do in your busy life. I can also refer you to reliable venues and vendors.

$100.00 based on 2 hour consultation. (If less than 2 hours or more than, $50.00 per hour rate is in effect.)

Final Details

This package will take care of all the final details of your event. I will confirm vendors and the venue that you have chosen, make final payments for you, pick up and set up equipment and supplies (if no delivery available), attend and coordinate rehearsals if you have one and if needed, attend the function to make sure everything runs smoothly and according to your plans so you can have a stress free and memorable event.

Start to Finish

This package is designed to remove the stress of planning your event from start to finish and every fine detail in between. With close contact between you and I during the process of planning your event, your ideas and decisions and my implementation of your choices will assure an absolutely grand occasion to remember, all stress free and within your budget.

$275.00 down payment + 10% of total budget

We are located in Hope B.C. We won't charge extra for gas mileage as far as west as Abbotsford and as far east as Lytton. If you live past these places, there will be a small gas mileage charge.
