Catering Menu and Price List

Cold Plate Meals

1 meat meal-$12.50 per person

2 meat meal-$13.50 per person

Meats include Ham, Roast Beef, Chicken, Turkey or your suggestions

Meals include 1 or 2 meats of your choice, 2 salads of your choice, Vegetable Tray with dip, Pickle Tray, Buns and Butter

Salad choices include Potato, Pasta, Green Tossed and Caesar or your suggestions

Tea Items (This includes coffee, tea and punch) If pop is required, extra charge.

Sandwiches, vegetable and dip trays, pickle trays, desert trays, coffee, tea and non-alcoholic punch- 8.50 per person

For some variation, try these items

Mini Wraps-$2.00 each- These can be substituted for sandwiches. You would want at least 2 per person. Various stuffings.

Sausage Rolls-$2.50 each-These may also be substituted for sandwiches but they are only one variety.

Fruit Trays- $2.50 per person

Conference and meeting services- Coffee, Tea and other beverages and light snacks- Start at $50.00. After 20 people, 1.50 per person.

Chocolate Fountain- $5.00 per person this includes supervision, keeping area clean and refilling throughout the evening or day of the fountain as well as fruit tray for it. We have as many fountains available as you need for your party.

Pies and cakes are available. We are also able to supply decorated cakes for your celebrations.

Cold Salads- 1.50 per person

We could vary your menu with other stuffings and salad fillings such as shrimp, crab, nuts, etc. Use your imagination and we will create it for you. There may be extra charges for more ingredients or more expensive ingredients.

Cocktail Party Items, Hor d’oeuvres

We have many hor d’oeuvres to offer for your cocktail party, meeting or as an appetizer such as bacon wrapped shrimp, crab stuffed mushrooms, devilled eggs, cheese and cracker plates. Just ask us or let us know what you would like. Prices vary.

Beverages

Coffee and tea service at tables – $50.00- Includes coffee, tea, cream and sugar, caterer or helper to serve coffee and tea from a stationary area or to your table.

We have “serve it right” certificates. We would be happy to serve your wine or spirits to the tables during dinner. We do not bartend.

Extra Services We Offer

Table service- $1.00 per person – Includes complete table service –Meals, coffee, tea, pop, juice and your alcohol served to the tables as an alternative to buffet.

Our services include cleanup of dishes. We can use your tableware or it is available to rent as well as white or colored linens for dining tables. These are items which we must rent ourselves (at wholesale cost) so the cost is extra. White tablecloths to cover buffet tables always come with the initial fee or we can obtain the color of your choice.

As well, Lemon Tree Events can decorate your venue. Just ask us about it.

We also have plastic and paper tableware and tablecloths available. We supply paper cups, dishes, plastic utensils, plastic or linen tablecloths for buffet tables if guest list is over 100 if wanted.

We always use gloves, aprons and wash well while preparing and serving your food and ensure proper food handling in every way. If we must transport food, we use chest coolers and ice to ensure food is kept at a safe temperature. Please ask to see our food safety plan if interested.

We require a deposit of ½ the price of your order 2 weeks prior to your event. The balance is payable on the day of event. If you require hot meals, please ask me about it.
